1. PLACING YOUR ORDER
By submitting an order to subscribe you are making an offer to the magazine publisher to subscribe to that magazine. The publisher may accept or reject your offer in its entire discretion. The publisher or its fulfilment agent will contact you by post or e-mail to confirm or refuse your order, in most cases within 14 days of your order. If you do not receive any such confirmation please contact PHL.

2. CONTRACTING PARTY
No contractual obligations will arise until your offer to subscribe is confirmed to you by the magazine publisher.  Any contract that may arise is between you and the publisher of the magazine.

3. INFORMATION
Every effort is taken to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate. Push Hockey Ltd may update or correct the information at any time.  If there has been a mistake in the price offered PHL may contact you to confirm whether or not you wish to subscribe at the correct price.  You should check that the price quoted by PHL in its confirmation of acceptance of your order is the price you were expecting to pay. 

4. PRICE
Prices quoted on the Site include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable) unless stated otherwise. 

5. PAYMENT
PHL will when confirming that it has accepted your order and debit the appropriate sum.  

6. DELIVERY
After your subscription has been set up, PHL will deliver or arrange for delivery of your magazine to you as soon as is practical in its publication runs.   We will use reasonable efforts to make sure that any concerns are dealt with. If at any time during your subscription you change address you should notify PHL directly. 

7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Any cancellations need to be made by contacting PHL by post. The cancellation period is in accordance with English Law and does not affect your statutory rights.

8. EXTERNAL LINKS
This Site may contain links to other web sites operated by third parties ("linked sites").  You acknowledge that PHL does not endorse any linked site and is not responsible for any content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites.  Nothing contained in this Site is intended to be advice on any particular matter. 

9. ENDORSEMENT
Reference to, or inclusion on this Site of, any third party's product does not constitute endorsement by PHL of such third party or the quality or content of its product.

Terms & Conditions

1. The prize is non transferable, and there is no cash alternative
2. The competition closes on the date stated.  The prizewinner will be drawn and notified by stated date via email.
3. No purchase necessary to enter.
4. The prize draw is open to all residents, except employees of PHL, and its subsidiaries and anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person
6. In entering the competition you agree to PHL using your name/ town location in publicity and marketing
7. The winners name will be available via email
